PARKS, OPEN SPACE AND TRAILS MASTER PLAN

Town of Frederick, Colorado

The Town of Frederick is beginning the process of developing a Parks, Open Space, and Trails (P.O.S.T.) Master Plan.  The goal of this plan is to create a legacy of parks, open space, and trails for our current and future residents.  To reach this goal, it is essential that we gather input from all community members and groups!  This plan will identify the need for parks, trails, and open space and will look for ways to address the community’s wishes for new facilities.  The final P.O.S.T. Plan will be integrated with the Comprehensive Plan to create a seamless document, giving direction to the Town’s leaders for years to come.
